Very Strong Boom

I purchased the transformer hitch mainly for the goose neck use but decided to get a logging boom as well. This is a well made and heavy duty item that allows me to use my existing hitch for log skidding. I have a larger tractor with a logging winch that I use for getting trees out of the woods and on to trails. This hitch and boom is ideal for skidding logs back to my yard on a 32 Hp tractor, the best feature is the distance the boom sticks out from the hitch (22"), it stops logs from hitting the hitch frame most of the time. My only comment is that a logging choke chain will not directly anchor to this boom although lots of work arounds can be found.

Works great with transformer hitch

I've had this about a year and finally got to use it dragging some pines we got around to taking down. Works great for a cat1 quickhitch setup. The combo of using this with the transformer hitch adds a stop plate of sorts too so the log doesn't slide into the tractor. I am using it with a 23hp subcompact and it does the job. It would be nice it Titan offered a nice set of lifting togs to go with this.

Boom works well.

Works well and as described. It is quite frustrating that the only piece of equipment that Titan sells that this boom can be used in (the Transformer Tractor Hitch) has not been available for many many months. Titan is not likely to sell many booms if no one can use it. I waited months and then found a cheaper hitch that would use in on Amazon. Would have rather bought from Titan.
