Bought this for my 1025r to move hay bales in a barn that has short ceiling. Used to be feeders is where we are putting them. Other tractors don’t fit. Moves 500 to 600 bales with ease. Love it

Warning: decent product with terrible support

Very fast shipping - received 3 days after ordering. Shipment comes in two boxes: one for the main frame, and the other for the 3 spears. Takes about 15 minutes to assemble. Construction, welds, & paint are all good. This is where the story turns sour. Attempted to attach to my loader (JD 520M loader with hook & pin) - and no joy. The lower pins were binding as they went into the loader plate. Looked like they are welded about 1/8" too high. Called customer service and the heavily South Asian-accented agent proceeded to tell me I should have purchased a global/euro attachment instead. I explained she was wrong, noting that the pallet forks I purchased from them for the same tractor 4 years ago were also hook & pin! At the end of the call, I get an email requesting pictures of the issue, to which I immediately responded. Nothing was done other than an automated email response. One week later, after opening a dispute with my credit card, I receive an email at 10:50 pm requesting measurements that I provided at 8:45 am the next morning. Finally, after another week, I receive a return ticket 15 days after I called with the issue. Beware!!!

Perfect!

Perfect fit on my John Deere 3025. Good quality and works perfect. I noticed some reviews reference some adjustments were needed to make the attachment fit. Maybe that has been resolved? Mine fits perfectly. And yes, the 3025 will lift the large round bales. Very fast shipping and great customer service!

Packaged as if they don’t want it to arrive

The item is great. The poor FedEx guy had to carry a box that was falling apart because they put a 49-inch hay spear in a cardboard box with ZERO protection. This thing is crazy heavy…why would you expect that to ship okay? Terrible company practice, but an excellent product.

Solid hay fork

Solid, Sturdy - works well. Package came in 2 shipments. The first was the spear attachments - the second was the actual frame. I received the spears in just a few days, however it took a few days shy of a month to get the frame in. Although, I think this was on Fedex.

The hay spear is a good piece of equipment. Works well on my 50 horse JD. I was a little uncomfortable using it without some bale support above the frame, so I welded some 3" strap to a height of about 18" above the frame.

Bolts twisted off on short spears.

When I attached the short spears, one bolt broke off. In use, the short spears loosened up and I broke the second bolt trying to tighten them. I welded them in place. The attachment works fine.
