Solid mower, with a few issues...
Pros: It's a super solid mower, heavy-duty construction and leaves a manicured cut! Flail mowers rule!
Cons: It doesn't come with the needed number of lower hitch pins (it requires 3 Lower Hitch pins, but only comes with 2!). The guard plates across the front are easily dislodged and knocked-off the steel rod they hang from, chains would be MUCH better than these plates! The rubber discharge guard over the rear roller is thin and easily tears (a layered thicker rubber material would be much better!). Finally, the belts are difficult to access due to the way the belt guards bolt on.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this mower.

Worked great
I have a lot of briars along my trails in the woods and my bush hog only does the trail itself and not the sides which are either sloped up or down depending on which side. So I needed something that could extend beyond my tractor and also account for the up or down slope. This did the job chewing up everything in its path, only down side is it did not extend out as much as I would of liked.

84 inch mower
The mower seems to be built for a farmer/homeowner. it is greasible The only thing that I notice is the retracting in and out is a little bit quick on the hydraulics I tried to adjust it with the flow control but on my particular tractor it's still wants to be a little bit jerky the up-and-down motion works very well . I wish it had a way to store in the upright position.

Trail upkeep
Purchase the offset flail mower for my wooded trails. Works great. I have it attached to a Kubota B2450 and it has plenty of power.

Good mower
The shipment shows up in a box and requires minor assembly. It is boxed and protected pretty good. The parts are heavy enough I would recommend doing the assembly with 2 people. The mower is well built and uses heavy duty parts. Assembly instructions are ok but you can figure out pretty easy what needs to be done looking at the machine and the instructions. You will need 2 very large sockets if you don't already have them, oil for the gearbox, and grease for the fittings. Go ahead and browse the assembly manual online to make sure you have everything ready when the mower shows up. I had to order the sockets so it delayed the assembly by a day. The mower comes from the factory set in the "low" mowing position. I recommend changing it to the high setting until you use it and see what works best for you. Even in the high setting, it will cut the grass very close. It does have a very smooth clean cut which is very close to a "finish" mower style cut. Much better than a bush/brush hog mower. I read and watched reviews that said the hydraulics may act very quickly on some tractor models and you might need flow restrictors. That is true in my case. Even with an easy touch on the controls, the hydraulic movement is really quick so you have to pay attention. Not sure how this would affect all tractors if this was installed at the factory, but it should be something they consider. Not a major issue and not a deal breaker though, still highly rated. As far as limb / brush cutting, it does a decent job. It will take mulitple passes to clear bushes/brush when tilted to the upright position, but once you get the hang of it, it works ok. I have cut up to about 1.5" trees and bushes so far and it didn't even slow down. Not sure about much larger than that, but I would think it would do 2" no problem. Anything larger than 2" I would be afraid of damage to the mower but I could be wrong. Overall, it's a great machine at a good price and well built. I would by this brand again without hesitation. If I changed anything, I might have bought the next larger size instead of the 65" cut because I'm used to the 72" cut bush hog I have but that's not a knock on this machine at all, just personal preference.

Rips and shreds
Have used the mower once so far for about 3 hours. To mow alongside my driveway which is about 1/3rd of a mile and no part is flat. I've got ditches on one side and steep hillsides on both sides. So the offset and the rotation are what we needed. Tall grass, Scotch Broom and some maple and redwood saplings (up to about 1/2" diameter) and other assorted weeds. Ripped through with a lot of noise and no problems. This thing is a brute - it beats the job into submission! I'm using in on a Kubota L3301. I've got a loader. Definitely want some weight on the front - the mower is heavy and the swing arms put it way out there. As noted by others, the hydraulic control is "touchy". I am thinking of getting some restrictors to put inline to slow things down. Swinging around that much mower with that much leverage really rocks my tractor. It took less than a minute or two to figure out the order of moving things - side shift first, then raise 3-pt, then rotate.
The assembly instructions were not great. I downloaded the doc from the website - definitely do that. The instructions that came in the box were different and not coherent. The document online was much better. Still a few "huh?" moments but we got it done. Suggest a strong helper. I did it by myself - with some help from an ancient Greek named Archimedes (the big prybar) and my small jack. Took a lot longer that way I think but doable. Only had one small fitment issue - one swing arm to mower frame bracket was too tight and had to grind away the paint on the swing arm side.
We'll see how it holds up. I expect to do this job a few times a year, so not a huge amount of use expected.

Offset Ditchbank Mower
Mower was shipped via standard freight. It arrived in very good condition. It was packed and crated very well. The PTO shaft was underneath the mower housing. I was surprised that the sub assemblies were shipped partially/mostly assembled. No assembly instructions in the crate but it wasn't a problem since I downloaded the manual from Titan.
Assembly went better than I expected since I had no helper. I did use a hydraulic lift table and some pry bars to help align bolts with bolt holes. I didn't insert the pry bars in bearings (not recommended!).
As others have mentioned, flow restrictors are needed (and will be added to mine). My MX Kubota moves the cylinders too fast as it is now. It is easy to overshoot the intended spot with the fast hydraulics.
The unit mows well, especially compared with a rotary brush cutter. The quality of the cut with new hammers is about halfway between a finish mower and a brush cutter, maybe slightly more towards the finish mower. I can see where it will be easy to hang the mower if not being careful.
I deducted a star for lack of hydraulic snubbers, but am otherwise pleased with the unit so far.

Does the Job
I have this behind a JD 3520 with extra wheel weights on the left side. It won't replace my bush hog but it does what I needed it for. I can reach about 3 foot past the right tire and get between trees and fence posts. The angle feature works great on ditches and banks. Ground speed is much slower than a rotary brush mower but it mulches stuff better and doesn't leave bungee spikes to puncture tires. Make sure you have 4 remote couplers and dual controls. I broke one grease fitting just on initial greasing. The appear to be brass so get a set of metric steel grease fittings. I ordered the extra hammers and belts. You won't break hammers if you keep ground speed slow and don't run over Tee posts. I keep what I try to cut below 1" brush.
Only took me a couple hours to assemble and set up.
