What can I say, this grapple works great!

I recently purchased a 48" grapple to fit my JD 4320 compact. The fitment is good. We use it to pick up piles of brush and lift logs when I'm cutting. This tool is quite the labor saver. Originally Titan and I had a miscommunication about hose length. The grapple comes with about 5' of hydraulic hose, somewhat short of my rear 3rd SCV. They made good on it so their support (Thank you Robert Dix) is aces in my book. The price on the grapple is very reasonable and the shipping crate made of 1/8" angle iron became repurposed to become a gate. Very positive experience all the way around.

Problem with last order

I am a salesman at a John Deere dealer (Revels Turf & Tractor) and we have been using Titan products for several years and have recommended Titan to our customers for the availability and quality of the products. My last order came on time and had no problems. It was delivered to the customer and the drive pins that attach the cylinder to grapple jaw both fell out. The unit was brand new and had less than 4 hours of operation. Please see the attached photo.

Root grapple review

The root grapple I received worked very well for my needs. I had to add a third function to my JD front end loader with an electrically operated hydraulic solenoid. I was able to grapple logs heavy enough to raise the backend of my tractor off of the ground. I’m very satisfied with your product.

Logging firewood

I use grapple for logging. It works good for picking up single logs, but not multiple smaller logs. I even was able to pick logs out of my trailer. The long lower tines allowed me to hand load a large quantity of smaller logs like I would with just a bucket.

Have used for several projects and has been very helpful saving me a lot of labor and time. The grapple is doing everything I needed it to do. I am using it on a John Deere 3520 compact tractor.
