This is a great attachment for our tractor used for field and parking lot maintenance at our Little League Complex. Relatively easy to assemble; took about an hour to assemble and install on the tractor. Did not purchase the optional Bolt-on Wheels

The rake arrived secured to a pallet with all the hardware to assemble. The instructions were pretty basic and assembly went smoothly. It's perfect for cleaning up tree debris on my 26 acres. It's my new favorite attachment for my tractor.

Now that the rake is assembled, I am satisfied with it. The turn around from order to product arrival is very good. The short fall occurs when I had an issue. Thre mounting plate where the rake attachs and is capable of rotating to different angles was welded in 90 degrees from where it should have been, rendering the rake useless. The online chat bot is useless. The only way to call in is to sales. They are sympathetic, but unable to do anythin but forward the call to customer servicer - where no one answers. After waiting on the 4 times for 45min to an hours, I make that claim with confidence. Initil order confirmred Feb 28. Initial product received Mar 1 (good!). Corrected product received Mar 19.

Not sure if I lost the assembly instructions or if I didn't get a hard copy. I don't use my cell phone much, nor does it have the QR scan. Luckily I'm semi-mechanically inclined. It went together w/o any problems...except. The bolts for the rake teeth are cheap Chinese steel. I may be in a little bit better shape than most 67 yr olds, but I shouldn't be able to strip the threads on 17 mm bolts. Stripped 2 while I was snugging them down with a 3/8 in. drive rachet, so I switched to using my left hand. Luckily I also got the depth wheels, so I had extra bolts.

The rake work fantastic for my need. prepared the landscape for seed with minimal effort. I wanted to order the wheels and was disappointed they were not available at the time of order. As it turn out the wheels were not necessary for my need and 3 point hitch. Overall I happy with the product, quick delivery and price. It was a little time consuming to assemble and the assembly pictures could be improved, but eventually you figure it out.

Very nice! Rake appreciate it immensely but I wish it had a leg on the front so when I disconnected from my three-point hitch I don't have to put a bucket underneath of it. I'm an old man so it makes it hard for me but that's the only thing I find wrong with your machine. It would be nice just to put a little leg you could drop down and with a pin and hold it up so they're tight. Next guy that backs in you can hook it right up. Thank you
