This universal mount slides over the bucket's cutting edge and utilizes the underside for leverage. The bolt-on chain system firmly tightens the chains with the provided rachet binders allowing you to get to work in minutes. When finished, loosen the chains, and slide them off the bucket to start moving the earth again. The durable frame features Conus 2 sleeves for installing hay bale spears and is rated at a 3,000 LB loading capacity. Because of its powerful weight capacity, you can easily transport and stack several hay bales, round or square. Use this attachment on the farm or ranch to help feed horses, cows, and other animals.

I needed a clamp on hay spear for moving large squares. I don't have a skid steer but a 120hp utility tractor. I found this to be a good cost-effective unit. It works well, happy I bought it. If a 3 spear unit is ever built I'll get it instead for the heavier bales.

Perfect for moving big round bales around the shed. Fits pretty well, though the barrels on the turnbuckles could be about six inches shorter because it's hard to get them tight on my bucket.
