Dozer blade great, Customer support terrible

The Dozer Blade it self is great. The lack of knowledge by their staff on their products is beond belief. I ask what I would need to hook this up to my Kubota SVL75-3 14 pin and was to its would work and I wounldn't need anything. I even double checked with them knowing it came with some control box. But, maybe there was some adapter that came with it too. That's why I called. I had the 14 pin harness in my cart and was told again. It would hook right up and I wouldn't need anything else. They were WRONG. When I called them after I got the blade, they said I need an adapter and they don't have on and to find to localy. I ended up ordering a 14 pin end from somewhere else and just cutting the end off and putting it on. Now it works with my joystick switches. I think they just read from the same website we see and have no clue on what they are selling. Would I by from the agian? If the price was right, not for their customer service.
